Why has there been no update on my order since it arrived in the United States?
While we do use Australia Post for shipping, once your order clears customs in the United States, the United States Postal Service (USPS) takes over for the final delivery. Sometimes, there can be delays in updating tracking information once USPS has taken control of the package.
If you're experiencing a delay, we recommend reaching out to USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 for more detailed information or assistance with your delivery.
You can also get a more detailed tracking description of your order on the USPS website using the same Australia Post tracking number.
